Refund Policy & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

For all Hair purchases, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with for hygienic reasons

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to include a copy of the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first be requested to be accepted for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHE Hair is not responsible for 

  • Any problems arising from the improper application of any of our hair extension pieces. 
  • Any problems arising from cut or color modifications
  • Any problems arising from improper care after purchase

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been removed from their packaging, worn, modified, or if the package has been tampered with.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM PST and 4:00 PM PST.  Any orders received after 4:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business day. 

SHE uses the following carriers:

USPS - Ground advantage for free shipping of orders over $150.

USP - Ground, Next Day Air, Next Day Early, Two-day, and Three-day shipping.
