How long do extensions last?
Three to six months on average
Yes. Your stylist will assess your hair to ensure you are a good candidate for extensions. SHE Extensions can be modified to ensure the bond will be invisible no matter your hair texture.
Are extensions good for my hair?
Your stylist uses SHE's low-heat application process. When applied with the SHE Method, our extensions can protect your natural hair and promote growth. In addition, if you follow your stylist's hair maintenance program, you will ensure the overall health of your natural hair and the extensions.
Can extensions fix a bad haircut?
Yes, Extensions don't always have to be about lots of big hair. Extensions can fix a bad haircut, help grown out chemically damaged hair, or give thin ends added density for an even look of fullness from root to tips.

Shipping Info
All orders are placed through UPS. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5pm. Orders that are placed after 3:30pm during the week and weekend orders will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Returns or Exchanges Policy
It can be difficult choosing a color from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange or return your unopened SHE Hair Extensions for the right color within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. However, due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, in its original packaging and with security seal intact. You'll also need to include a copy of the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
How to Return or Exchange
To start the exchange or return process, you can contact us at info@shehairpro.com. We will reply to you the next business day. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied. SHE is only able to provide an exchange for a product that equals in price, If you wish to return hair or product with a different price range your exchange will be treated as a return. You must contact us first at (info@shehairpro.com) within the fourteen (14) day exchange period. All SHE Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging. Packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange or return will not be issued. All exchanges or returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, which is in Burbank, CA, where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange or return. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged or returned. When will I receive my exchange? We will send you the different color hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, which is protected by a security seal.
SHE Hair takes matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
