SHE hair is ethically sourced from Southern India through temple donations and from parts of Europe. This ensures that our hair can match almost all textures.

SHE Hair offers free ground advantage shipping through USPS for orders of $150 or more. There may be an 8-12 day delivery time with free shipping.

SHE also offers shipping through UPS with the following options.

• UPS Next Day Air: Guarantees next-business-day delivery, with options for early morning,or end-of-day delivery. 
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers within two business days, with options for early morning or end-of-day delivery.  2nd day AM is the only one with guaranteed delivery.
• UPS 3 Day Select: Delivers within three business days. Not guaranteed through UPS.
• UPS Ground: The most economical option, offering reliable delivery within 1-5 business days.

We always encourage early ordering as UPS doesn't not guarantee delivery on shipments other than Next day air or 2nd day air saver. SHE is not responsible for UPS delays in delivery. Should there be a delay you may contact UPS directly with your tracking number at 1 (800) 742-5877.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

For all Hair purchases, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with for hygienic reasons. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to include a copy of the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first be requested to be accepted for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHE Hair is not responsible for 

Any problems arising from the improper application of any of our hair extension pieces. 

Any problems arising from cut or color modifications

Any problems arising from improper care after purchase

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been removed from their packaging, worn, modified, or if the package has been tampered with.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new one.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
