- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers within two business days, with options for early morning or end-of-day delivery. 2nd day AM is the only one with guaranteed delivery.
- UPS 3 Day Select: Delivers within three business days. Not guaranteed through UPS.
- UPS Ground: The most economical option, offering reliable delivery within 1-5 business days.
We always encourage early ordering as UPS doesn't not guarantee delivery on shipments other than Next day air or 2nd day air saver. SHE is not responsible for UPS delays in delivery. Should there be a delay you may contact UPS directly with your tracking number at 1 (800) 742-5877.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
For all Hair purchases, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with for hygienic reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to include a copy of the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions that have been removed from their packaging, worn, modified, or if the package has been tampered with.
